Supporting the Operational development of the Experimental Cancer Medicine Network - a joint initiative for DH and CRUK. This included identifying and sharing best practise for infrastructure, funding bids, oversight of funding spend and annual review of ECMC activity. These activities were at the beginning of the development of the ECMC network and so we were establishing and piloting new ways of working in collaboration with our ECMC centres.
