- Contributes to the support of brand identity through interior space planning, fixtures, and finishes- Collaborates with Real Estate team early in project feasibility process to ensure building shells and sites meet company goals - including building shell, vestibule, mezzanine, egress door placement, utility and electrical placement, back of house truck routing and loading coordination- Creates interior layouts for individual store locations incorporating prototypical guidelines and working knowledge of marketing and operation goals for the sales floor and back room- Creates plans and presentations that fully document fixtures, finishes, and equipment- Coordinates environmental signage placement with fixtures, equipment, and architectural features- Works with vendors, architects, and MEP firms to develop construction coordination plans and architectural documents- Collaborates with internal stakeholders through the project life cycle, working closely with: Legal, Real Estate, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Facilities/Maintenance, Risk Management, and Purchasing- Provides design support for remodels and equipment changes for 400+ stores nation wide

- Collaborates on all phases of the design process including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, document preparation and construction administration- Ability to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents- Experience with space planning, finish plans, construction documents, FF&E specifications, material selections, codes, and coordination with consultants- Communicates with other disciplines, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators and contractors to incorporate all information into project requirements- Continuously sharpening 3D graphic rendering, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills

- Closely assists and contributes to all design phases- Ideates, designs and drafts architectural and schematic plans- Sources, obtains and organizes furniture, fabrics, and artwork- Visually illustrates design packages / schemes- Participates in regular site visits and installs with clients and contractors- Builds positive relationships with clients and vendors
