Specialties: Mrs. Smith has over 24 years of experience working on multiple federal and state-lead complex environmental assessments. Her work includes preparation of environmental investigations under programs in various regulatory frameworks such as Clean Water Act, CERCLA, RCRA, NEPA, NPDES, and VCP. She has worked and coordinated with clients of both government and private organizations and has served as project technical coordinator and project manager of numerous projects. Her experience includes preparation of site assessments and ecological and human health risk assessments, Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies (RI/FS). Additionally, Mrs. Smith has performed wetland and stream delineations and prepared multiple jurisdictional determination requests in coordination with the Army Corps of Engineers.
