Responsible for GTA internal communications, digital content management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and all corporate events and community initiatives.

Responsible for project managing new business initiatives around RFP responses and major pitches in the GTA. My primary objective is to create an internal process that provides efficiencies around new business mandates, to support those teams with project management and marketing resources and to act as the interface for all the areas that typically become involved in a large submission and pitch across Valuation & Advisory, Office Leasing and Capital Markets. I am also responsible for building and managing the national content library as well as overseeing the Project tracker initiative to track success rates across service lines.

Responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies to maintain and increase C&W's client base, calculating customer requests for RFP submissions, writing and editing marketing collateral and company website content, and developing and creating materials for marketing campaigns including direct mail and promotional events. I am also C&W Toronto's United Way Campaign Chair (2011-present).
