Collaboratively with administrators, teachers, other school personnel, parents and various community agencies I work to meet all of the guidance and educational planning needs of all of the students in my school. I organize and facilitate several school-wide fundraising service projects each year. Annually, I coordinate a school-wide Great American Teach-in Day for the students to experience community members teach them about a variety of careers and achieving their goals. There is an average of 100 Speakers and an average of 200 Presentations during this Great American Teach In each year. I am the Chairperson for the Problem Solving Leadership Team, the 504 Plan Team, the Child Study Team, the Character Education Team, and the Bully Prevention Team at my current school. I achieved the Series 6 and 63 Licenses. Fostered relationships with mutual fund customers. I provided mutual fund and account processing training for the newly hired Mutual Fund Service employees.  Also developed creative financial presentations for Continuing Education for co-workers.

I conducted interviews within the court systems and jails for the residential treatment program. I designed student activities for my clients to interact with the students who were in the suspension program through the Police Athletic League. I regularly provided individual counseling and created individualized treatment plans for 10-15 client caseload. I developed and facilitated group counseling sessions for career development, anger management, conflict resolution, and stress management.
