I am responsible for a project out in La Quinta, I handle all of the account payables and Loan Draws. I as well help out on any other projects.

Process AP/AR, monthly billings with releases, reconcile accounts. Process Financial package and WIP for CFO, assist contracting team with costs, work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents, Assist with yearly audit, Process cash management for Manufacturing.

Process AR/ AP, monthly billings with releases, month sub billings, process HOA billings and utilities, new project set up: contracts, prelims, change orders, Assist CFO and Controller with Audits, Process Sales and Use tax returns required by local jurisdiction, identify budget variance per project, and Process Financial Package

Accounts Payable for multiple projects, payables for the Corporate Office, prepare loan draws, deposits and wire transfers, Process loan and bank reconciliations, Process Bi-weekly payroll, Prepare new hire and termination packets, Set-up and maintain benefits for all employees
