- Responsible for assignee’s household goods move program. Principally for inbound outbound Switzerland as well as 3rd countries. My duty is making initial contact with client, coordinate with our suppliers worldwide. As follow as:- Communicate regularly to make sure all the right parties have status reports, required information deals daily with logistical move management.- Review and check improved costs against initial quotes and file these reviews with line manager. Increase profitability at every stage, challenging suppliers on budgeted costs, obtaining spot prices and maximizing revenue.- Working Methodical and thorough as all paperwork needs to be checked and that purchase orders arrive promptly and match the allocated costs.

Further duties included filling in for other absent staff in many of the other pavilions located in the Expo arena.
