First point of contact with vaccination patients. Assisting with check-in’s through digital procedure as close communications with the pharmacist and the vaccination nurses and techs. Making sure hippa guidelines are followed to the letter. Creating a logic-based system to manage our flow of patients while adhering to every outlined corporate protocols. Sanitizing the chairs and all areas around the vaccine area, reminding patients that we still need to follow social distancing guidelines. Reassuring anxious patients to the best of my ability.
