I designed and delivered a professionally filmed video training workshop based on my research findings, and its practical application to project planning and implementation, as part of The Leprosy Mission’s capacity development programme. I assisted a small team to develop a new model for measuring health system strengthening in our programmes. I was one of the main contributors in developing standardised key performance indicators for measuring health system strengthening and inputted these indicators into a working model.I had general administration responsibilities such as: writing up notes and summaries of meetings to circulate among the team, tracking and submitting expenses, coordinating with international partners, and chasing up less responsive communication networks.Received comprehensive training in Safeguarding and Child Protection, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, and GDPR.Gained experience using the CRM system salesforce.
