A hybrid role celebrating my strengths in building customer relationships, issue resolution and project coordination within the Ardens Manager Local Contracts Team. All amongst the existing skillset of building clinical reports and dashboards within the Ardens Manager platform.

• Creation and maintenance of analytics dashboards via Ardens Manager web platform• Clinical report creation and maintenance using logic, national and local guidance specifications• Customer relations with local and national health commissioning authorities• Internal communications via Support, Accounts, Training, Technical and Directive teams• Client tracking and data entry via Knack.com and ClickUp• Proofing and editing of healthcare services specifications• Software bug reporting and Quality Assurance testing of Ardens Manager • Adherence to GDPR, ISO27001 and internal SOPs• Collaboration with NHS Digital, NHS England, EMIS and SystmOne as well as Local Authority primary care providers

Conservation internship in Dinokeng Game Reserve in the Gauteng province of South Africa. The 6 week internship involved staying in the reserve whilst conducting data collection for the resident ecologists including wildlife surveys and data input.
