Oversight and work in conjunction with senior business unit management to conduct compliance/ regulatory oversight, quality assurance controls/ verification, all payment audits and risk assessments performed on multiple Business Units. Monitor debit card, ACH & Risk functions, maintain documentation and the lead business unit contact for audits in these areas. Identify NACHA, Visa, and Regulation E compliance and regulatory updates and look for improvement opportunities and controls to mitigate risk. Create and centrally maintain the development of training related to NACHA, along with an annual review of all policies and procedures applicable to NACHA guidelines. Being a Subject Matter Expert for on boarding any new third party service providers and making sure they are compliant with the current NACHA rules and guidelines. Responsible for monitoring debit card activity, along with an annual review of all procedures and making sure Visa & Regulation E items are met and documented. Making sure changes in regulations, guidelines and laws align with current business practices. Complete an annual review of all Wire limit activity and making sure limits are set accurately to mitigate operational delays, challenges and risk. Quarterly review of all Remittance Transfer volumes, making sure Regulation E requirements are met.
