Hello! I’m Heather, and I’d love for you to know a few things about me: I’m a bit introverted, but I love working with people to help other people. I’m always learning and growing in my role as a Product Owner.This position was a natural progression from the work I was doing as an Account Manager and Implementation Specialist. I helped our customers learn how to help themselves and provided resources so they could continue to self serve if that was their goal. Technical writing and training became a large portion of my daily work. These skills need to change quickly as the medium that people use to learn changes. I love that! Let’s gooooooo!Learning new skills and trying out new technology has become a growing passion. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, data analytics, and automated processes are all interests I’ve explored recently.Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my grown children and teaching myself to crochet. I’ve been fortunate to work with exceptional people and continue to add new connections that bring challenges and excitement to my work. Everyone has something to contribute, and everyone has something to learn. ♥
