Over the past 16 years I have enjoyed working in various roles at John Deere, with the past 6 years being in IT. Most recently I have worked as a Scrum Master coaching two teams on Agile and Scrum practices. Prior to becoming a Scrum Master, I worked as an Adoption Lead, increasing the adoption of all Collaboration Tools (SharePoint, O365, Desktop Services tools, etc). Additionally, I held the role of Process Pro/Product Owner for the SerivceNow team. In this position I focus on Organizational Change Management for Lean Service Management and our ServiceNow instance.
