I have been working in the hospitality industry since 2009 when I began my career with Starwood Hotels and Resorts (now Marriott International). During this time I have worked in many departments and roles, however I found my passion when I became a member of the Training Team Leadership. I joined the Training Team as a Facilitation Coach and worked to develop my leadership skills as I assisted in developing the skills of our newest associates with the company. I then progressed to become a Facilitation Supervisor where I was responsible for managing Training Classes of new associates and developing their skills. Additionally I have taken on the role of Training Coach Supervisor where I am responsible for managing and developing our Training Coaches in this location.
