Supported senior leadership reviews and developed relationships with the customer, while developing capacity analysis to support increased rate projections. Assisted in justification and execution of capital equipment and reviewing planned items to ensure timing supported rate changes. Developed staffing forecasts, inventory planning, presentations to senior leadership, capacity planning, training plans, level loading of production schedule, overhead reduction planning, and annual budget planning. -
