I have worked in the field of group exercise for over 18 years. I am certified as a group exercise instructor through the American Federation of Aerobics Association. I am also a certified pilates instructor, a licensed Zumba instructor, a certified water aerobics instructor, personal trainer and an Arthritis Foundation exercise and aquatics group instructor. I am the owner of GOING Fit, Inc., a company that sends certified, trained and insured group exercise instructors to different sites to teach exercise classes, particularly to retirement communities for the 55 + and elementary and pre schools to teach children. All of GOING Fit exercise classes are based on and are Arthritis Foundation friendly.
