My current role is an operations supervisor for TJX Home Goods Distribution Services. During my time here, I have effectively trained and developed general warehouse associates, driven for results, and achieved success in expectations for my department in efficiency and volume. I successfully led a team of 20 to 30 production associates and up to 80 shipping associates, ensuring efficient work methods are being utilized. I have consistently met or surpassed KPI goals, as well as engineered standards goal expectations. In addition, over the course of my career here, I have developed my skills in distribution logistics and supply chain management and have become skilled in managing warehouse processes including receiving, quality control, shipping, and processing merchandise. I started with CVS Distribution as a processing associate, moving into a store manager trainee role, followed by a promotion to assistant manager and then to manager. For about 3 years, I efficiently managed several CVS Pharmacies, with exponential success. During my time as a manager, I have hired and developed store teams, driving success in the stores through excellent service, budget exceeding sales and profit margins, and inventory management. I have developed experience in human resources and people management, inventory activity and controls, managing DSD accounts, adherence to stringent payroll, sales and expense budgets, and merchandising. I am a strong leader, who has excellent time management skills, is highly organized and above par in prioritization of work to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
