About Heather Wallach

With over 20 years’ experience in nursing, spent both in Community and Aged Care, I approach the process of transition into a Retirement Village, Assisted Living or Aged Care facility from a totally different perspective from that of any other removal or decluttering service. My primary goal is to make the process as easy as possible, both physically and emotionally. Throughout my career I saw so many residents whose living environment was unsafe. For many who were downsizing I noticed the transition was made more difficult because of 3 key points:- 1. Too much stuff! We help clients select only the most important items, and find creative ways of memorialising other precious possessions; 2. Not the things they value most! Our staff at Classic Moves are trained to listen carefully to our clients and ensure that we respect your views; 3. Timeline! The most stressful moves occur when people have to make decisions in a hurry. Start early, and you’ll have less stress. Our experienced staff and efficient processes can smooth your transition whether you are an individual who is downsizing, or an aged care facility that is refurbishing and relocating a number of residents. We take care of every aspect of your move: deciding what to bring, arranging for the sale of antiques and other items, disposing of rubbish, packing, transporting, and unpacking your goods, and even staging your home for sale. It is this end-to-end project management and planning that is part of each service that makes Classic Moves unique. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading crime fiction, travel, out-door activities, and spending time with family and friends.Classic Moves is perfect for people who want to conserve their energies for living and whose families cannot help with everything. We also work with retirement village sales managers, solicitors and financial planners who offer planning advice to retirees.Email heather@classicmoves.com.au or call 1300 738 035 to learn more.

Listed skills include Relocation Management, Estate And Property Clearance, Project Management, Case Management Services, and 2 others.
