• Ensure continuous readiness for CDPH, CMS, and TJC surveys by frequently rounding at all licensed UC clinics and hospital units as well as sitting on various Health System committees.
• Work with the Regulatory Affairs team to coordinate and lead CMS, CDPH, and TJC surveys (announced and unannounced).
• Deliver presentations to educate staff on survey findings, survey readiness, best practices, and general Regulatory Affairs topics (ie. charting).
