•Provides software maintenance support to the Customer Enterprise and their customers, including website maintenance, system administration, and test support to the gov't. •Provides Tier 3 support to the existing Tool product to develop/integrate and test enhancements to the Tool as required and package the product for further testing, distribution and deployment •Handles user’s questions and related software problems, including examination of Visual basic code and C++ libraries to effectively troubleshoot user problems and concerns •Support the web page containing HTML compiled HELP for the Tool executable •Responsibilities include updating and creating, installing Windows Desktop Loads and other tools on VMWorkstations and Microsoft Operating Systems in development and production environments
