1st Planner assess the capacity of the existing school estate to make best use of available capital and revenue funding. All of the work we complete is data driven and provides a detailed evidence base for our Clients to improve the education environments and outcomes for the pupil population.

I currently manage and take care of our existing clients across Nottinghamshire. My duties include:-Process and fill day to day and long term bookings -identify and meet the needs and requirements of our existing clients -Meet and touch base with our clients on a regular basis -Answer any queries from new or existing clients.-Recruit local and talented education staff -Maintain and establish strong relationships with existing clients -Support my business manager with new and existing clients across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. As well as the account management side of my job I also look after and support our office resourcers and provide basic training on our IT software to all new starters.This job is a complex job which requires me to be flexible and diverse. I have excellent communication and organisational skills which is essential. I am able to work on my own within a busy open office as well as part of a team.

Run the weekly payroll for our candidates ensuring everyone is paid and invoiced correctly and on time. I also manage two apprentices who work with in payroll, administration, compliance and resourcing.
