I help Specialist Vets with patients who have undergone ortho and/or neurosurgery, trauma or injury to regain full strength and functionality within 6 to 8 weeks by using rehab modalities to restore, maintain and maximize optimal movement and functional ability throughout the lifespan of an animal.We assist owners to comply with the Vets’ instructions to optimize recovery, should your Vet Nurses or support staff not have the basic rehabilitation training, skills, equipment, time or space available to do so. Our Veterinary Physiotherapy modalities will assist with the success rate of the surgical procedure by ensuring that the pet will not re-injure itself while in the recovery phase. We will also optimize recovery by providing owner compliance and reduce the cost to clients should they not have pet insurance.By adding Veterinary Physiotherapy to a Veterinary Hospitals’ repertoire will not only result in enhancing the quality of the pet life but will ensure happy clients and acknowledgment of the Vet’s capabilities, which will result in more clients.
