I work on the entitlement of high density multi family residential projects. I mostly work on wrap buildings with parking structures surrounded by 5- stories of apartments. I also design the parking structures and work with the city throughout the entitlement process.

I work on a variety of projects from master plans for 12 million SF mixed use developments to institutional programming criteria documents and office remodels. I have experience in all phases of the design and construction process.

I worked primarily on construction documents and construction administration for multi-family podiums in the southern California area.
