I represent companies in all stages of the corporate life cycle, from fledgling startups to well-established family businesses to large institutional organizations. I specialize in mergers & acquisitions, representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers in domestic and international deals, including asset sales, stock sales, mergers, joint ventures and strategic alliances. I also advise clients on a broad range of general corporate and commercial matters, such as entity formation, structuring, corporate finance, corporate governance and general business matters. While I work with companies in a range of industries, I have concentrated industry experience in wireless communications, food and beverage, and manufacturing and distribution. I enjoy my role as a counselor and trusted advisor of my clients, and I’ve been lucky to work with many of them on a long-term basis.
