Client Success is involved with and project manage different initiatives such as customer onboarding, customer business reviews, customized reporting, broker training, internal and external SOP's, customer facing accounting & invoicing challenges as well as operations sales and management.

 Establish company performance objectives with drivers and monitor performance. Perform daily check calls with each driver and student. Ensure trainee/trainer relationship was professional; address possible compatibility issues in a timely manner while coordinating with Customer Service and Load Planning departments.  Promote safe operations by monitoring and insuring driver’s participation in all safety related training, hours of service compliance, Haz Mat, HVL/Homeland Security Compliance and drug testing compliance. Reminds driver of the importance of operating truck safely.  Plan trucks through terminals to coordinate to pick up new trainees and drop off completed trainees for upgrade in a timely manner Book and coordinate hotels for drivers on home time and Books transportation for employees going to and from terminals Document any issues that may lead to disciplinary action or termination. Make recommendation as to the action needed to resolve the issue, including write-ups and terminations. Route drivers to terminal in order to address any performance issues. Lead the conference by addressing issues with driver and establish ways to resolve. Document all issues and resolutions. Responsible for the general welfare of a driver while he/she is over the road.  Provide accurate and detailed information regarding directions, meeting a new trainee, filling out all documentation in order to upgrade a student successfully Accurately input load and driver related information into the system. Manage driver and make capacity availability by maintaining full trainer capacity and recruiting and maintaining trainer fleet.
