Heather is proud to carry on the family tradition by being a fourth-generation real estate sale agent in the Capital District. Heather’s firsthand understanding of how important it is to find peace in, & satisfaction with, one’s home is what motivates her to find the same thing when working with both Buyers and Sellers. Though real estate can be stressful, Heather helps to educate she clients on the process of buying or selling a home and she prides herself in being energetic, accessible, and attentive through the whole transaction. Additionally, with an extensive background in interior design, Heather is uniquely positioned to help her clients prepare their homes for sale as well as enable buyers to envision the aesthetic possibilities of what can be done with a home. Originally from Niskayuna, she has called Malta home for the past twenty plus years. Together with her husband, Heather has bought, renovated, and redesigned numerous homes including a condo in Brooklyn, two homes in Lake Placid, and many in Malta. Together, they continue to run a strong, top rated, short-term home rental business in Lake Placid.Prior to her real estate career, Heather spent over 20 years in New York City working for some of the top women’s clothing brands overseeing an annual $75 million manufacturing business for many years. Heather translated her business and design background into a love of real estate, home renovation and interior design. Having earned a B. A. in Economics from Binghamton University, she then went on to the Fashion Institute of Technology earning a degree in Fashion Design and later she studied Real Estate at New York University.In 2020, 2021, and 2022 Heather was in the top 10% of closed home sales in the Capital Region MLS. Heather is also recognized by Zillow as being in the top 10% of Zillow sales agents nationally for customer satisfaction.Together with a business partner Heather is excited to have embarked on a new project as Developers and Listing Agents for the Mountains Edge residential neighborhood in Lake George featuring finely crafted homes by Kodiak Construction. Mountains Edge at Lake George is the area's premier community featuring 16 custom-crafted new construction homes with a modern Adirondack style on private wooded lots just a half-mile from Million Dollar Beach & the Village.
