Manages strategic planning, development, and execution of a wide range of League and Foundation programs, events and grants that shape the professional development landscape of credit union professionals. Responsible for operational integrity of the University Memorial Center at CU Boulder, a 265,000 square foot building serving more than 10,500 students daily• Managed and coached 47 staff and student employees in the IT, Marketing, NightRide, Assessment & Evaluation, and Student Employee programs• With team of women leaders from across campus, created inaugural Women’s Leadership Symposium; the sold-out symposium served more than 115 students, faculty, and staff; success resulted in leadership endorsement and budget allocation for future years• Developed and managed new UMC student leader full day program, serving more than 200 students, with 90% of students self-reported greater connection to the UMC and more confidence in their leadership styles• Built first UMC assessment plan and collected data from more than 5,000 campus stakeholders; analysis drove changes to contract negotiations and operational area priorities, while student participation in leadership programs increased.• Built first UMC’s sustainability plan, collaborating with 4 stakeholder groups, implemented programs across 6 floors of the building, and secured $30k in seed funds to develop waste diversion programs

Managed office space and coordinated developers and priorities across four countries resulting in $1M contract renewal with enterprise client.• Planned, implemented, and delivered software development projects. • Delivered technical assistance to numerous nonprofits to support organizational development, strategic planning, and fundraising across Colorado.• Built strong relationships with leaders to conduct key informant interviews and establish strategic priorities.• Co-directed US-based operations for a nonprofit located in Kenya to reduce diarrheal disease among children under 5. Secured crowdsourced seed funding and fiscal sponsorship for non-profit status.

Outreach and Prevention educator/coach for the Tobacco Education & Prevention Partnership in the Community Health Division of Boulder County. Focused on preventing youth access to tobacco, sustainable policy development, and effective coalition management.

Provided comprehensive program development and support for passing tobacco free policies among participating Montana college campuses.Helped implement yearly training retreat for grant coordinators and student leaders focusing on media advocacy, policy enforcement strategies, and utilizing new data on emerging tobacco products. Generated monthly and quarterly reports for grant monitor.

Provided training, group facilitation, consultation and support to Colorado agencies, communities, and coalitions working with children, youth and families.

Conducted site visits and managed portfolio of more than seven campuses across Colorado. Advised communities on strategies to engage college campuses in a sustained effort to implement effective alcohol abuse prevention programs. Facilitated educational trainings and participated in community coalition meetings. Built presentations on student cognitive development and facilitated regional training retreats for more than 30 community stakeholders to connect and learn best practices in higher education prevention.
