CurrentProvide data management, analysis, and contract, grant, and outcomes reporting for case management department serving upwards of 3000 clients/950 household per year. Services include poverty alleviation and "rebalancing extreme wealth inequities" within Marin County by supporting the data needs of a team who provides housing navigation and rental assistance, case coordination, and linkage to internal and external partners for mental health counseling, reproductive health, peer advocacy, mainstream benefits, legal and immigration support, and childcare. Responsible for administering and configuring Apricot 360 to promote organization's CalAIM implementation, including creating data and program workflows, streamlining regular reporting, establishing mechanisms for quality review of notes and services, and monitoring outcomes for contract compliance and organizational learning.
