Helping people has always been a joy of mine. In my early career, I found incredible fulfillment in the simplest forms of customer service. Walking an elderly customer to their car to load groceries and stopping to give them a few extra minutes to finish telling me a story about their granddaughter that they are so very proud of! Something simple and easy to do, but meaningful.Taking an extra moment to understand someone's true needs and focusing on finding ways to offer exceptional support through every interaction is the best kind of customer support. It's my passion to offer this type of support as a standard and to help build up individuals to work as part of a team that offers exceptional customer support.I am an advocate, a partner, a leader, a friend. My most recent roles have allowed me to work in start-up environments, with fully remote as well as hybrid teams. I spent a great deal of time building the individual strengths and skills of my direct reports while also training them to build up their peers. Another large focus of mine was building + refining + documenting processes, team building and scaling for rapid growth. A major constant in previous roles has been collaborating with multiple departments to help translate customer feedback into product improvement and system development.I am currently looking for a remote Customer Support role. I would love to find a role that allows me to lead a growing team. I would also love the role to allow me to utilize gathered data to collaborate with other departments to make informed decisions that will impact the overall success of the customer experience."To be kind is more important than to be right.
