Reporting to the Foundation CIO, I was a member of the Project Office for the University’s $17M Advancement software replacement project. I managed a team of internal and contracted Business Analysts and provided leadership for all functional aspects of the project. The CRM solution supports over 600 advancement users across the University's 3 campuses.
