In this role, I work closely with our clients through every step of the process. It begins early on, by learning about my client’s organization and how it works. Then, together, we out the kind of person they are looking for. I create the strategy and the steps our recruiting staff will take to attack the market, research, and locate potential talent. Using my deep understanding of the client’s organization and needs, we present the best candidate and bring the candidates on board.

During this time, I was actively involved in more aspects of our Executive Search service by training and managing our recruiting staff, implementing, and refining our processes.I took on more of a consultative role with our clients, managing the client relationship and creating the search strategies.

As a recruiter, I was responsible for identifying, attracting, and screening executive-level talent for our clients. By understanding our client’s needs and goals, I was able to match the skills and experience and place the most-qualified candidates.I was the liaison between our clients and applicants throughout the full recruitment cycle.

The Paranet Group is a membership company for high-level manufacturing executives with the ability to make a change and the desire to improve themselves and their companies. Group members share best practices and receive help and support in areas of challenge. We offer Peer Advisory Groups, one-on-one coaching, and many learning events each year.I am the Group Director for leaders with profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. We focus on trends, and business growth, as well as the problems that keep them up at night; issues such as supply chain, the current labor shortage, and other challenges that impact their organizations. My role is part coach and part confidant.
