As a seasoned digital designer, with over 19 years in the industry, I have had the opportunity to work on many different types of projects in a vast array of settings. As an employed Creative Director, I've worked closely with high profile clients such as the Tampa Bay Rays & Pittsburgh Steelers. My day to day tasks range from, project management, to logo design, to large format layout, design & typography, to network management, printing and production. As my career progressed, I decided I was finally ready to embrace my entrepreneurial itch, and opened my own sign & design company. After dipping my toes in the business owner pool, I was approached by a long time colleague of mine to come 'back'​ to work for him and his new endeavor. It was a very hard decision, but I made the jump back to design employment.In the past few years, however, I have found an entirely new passion. OCR (Obstacle Course Racing)! I've achieved significant weight loss and become an avid OCR runner. Once again, finding myself having that entrepreneurial itch. This along with some other details I won't bore you with is how Mud Run United started. OCR United and Mud Run United were both founded in 2012 near Clearwater, FL. For the first few years Mud Run United took the lead roll, however, with the recent explosion of Obstacle Course Racing as a household term Mud Run United was phased out and OCR United the flagship. There is much to look forward to in 2019. With my design background along with my business ownership skills, I am looking for OCR United to explode onto the scene. I am proud of our accomplishments thus far, as we now have built an impressive all PRO team consisting of 20 athletes, and built many long lasting relationships in the OCR community.On a day to day basis, I'll continue to grow, learn, create and produce as a Creative Director - always keeping one eye on the horizon!
