I've spent the last 15 + years focused on how to drive incremental results, and have been lucky enough to play in multiple sandboxes; working from the brand or client side as well as the agency partner side. I know the goal at the end that is about driving for that incremental; whether that is engagement, sales, or other desired outcomes. My energy comes from working with or as part of a marketing team, building out strategies and marketing programs, and seeing the results come through from our execution. And from working on both client and agency sides, I bring the balance of recognizing and defining the role of the brand experience for the consumer and the ability to define that for a partner; and, understand the intricacies and necessary processes involved in the execution delivery. I know many of the questions to ask (and not afraid to ask them) and how to think about data and it’s ability to inform a roadmap or journey and point out the insights and opportunities to impact the business. I know technologies will continue to emerge and bring incredible enablement; and data will continue to originate from everywhere; so we have to stay driven to understanding our customers to their fullest, focus on the activation and experience both offline and digitally, and be passionate about driving for results. I get excited about how we do this and create more meaningful conversations with our customers which will lead to greater impact.
