About Heather Andrews

A seasoned transformational executive business leader, I apply people-centered leadership practices and breadth of experience to engage individuals and teams to excel. From start-ups to publicly-traded multi-billion dollar organizations, my key influence throughout my career has been as a driving force to optimize the effectiveness of organizations, teams and individuals. My commitment to building strong partnerships has been a common thread across my 20+ years of leadership experience in technology, finance, health, and travel industries working with companies of all sizes to identify pivotal opportunities and successfully drive change. I hold a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology and live in Minnesota with my husband and four sons. I have recently (finally!) returned to academia to pursue my PhD in Organizational Leadership! I also serve on the advisory board for the Westonka Community Theatre organization, am part of the Board Revenue Committee for Sunrise Banks, and enjoy being a member of Chief and TeamWomenMN, learning from, coaching, and encouraging women in business at all levels.
