CurrentClient support, training and implementation assistance for full-suite SaaS RCM, PM, EHR and patient engagement products.Leadership and training of Tier 1 agents.Triage, analyze, document and troubleshoot inbound support requests initiated from calls and online ticketing system through Salesforce/Atlassian/JIRA.UAT and Smoke Testing. Review, test and process escalations from Tier 1 support teams.Author product enhancements.Liaise with development and product teams. Technical troubleshooting including hardware, software and network evaluations. Case management / Project management. One on one practice and provider training, including customization of provider encounter note templates, in depth analytics, practice settings and database setup. MIPS/QPP integration support, including end of year submission support. Surescripts/EPCS Gold/Dr. First enrollment assistance.EDI support, including claims rejection analysis, ERA analysis and posting guidance. Snowflake SQL, Proxy Debugging.
