I am responsible for ensuring the teller line runs smoothly. I keep all tellers on my team update on new procedure updates and help train on any issues or questions they may have.

I was responsible for running daily transactions for customers. I ensured all proper procedures were being followed for withdrawals and deposits. I was promoted from Customer Service Representative to Lead Customer Service Representative.

I started out with Check into Cash right out of high school in 2005. I was a Customer Service Representative. Then I was promoted to Assistant Store Manager, Center Store Manager, and then lastly District Manager June of 2012. In my district manager role, it was also important to ensure all of my locations were following proper company, state and federal guidelines. I would rotate store audits every month to ensure the proper documentation was being collected for pay day loans and also title loans. I went through accounts looking for proper signatures and everything was accounted for. I would ensure all my employees were properly trained on all products and update on any training materials that may have came out. Coaching and training all employees on a daily basis. Show less
