I was the client-facing team lead on complex enterprise-wide projects for the most successful vertical. Along with leading a project team, I also pursued business development opportunities, both new and existing. I oversaw the UX point of view on project proposals through outlining project scope, defining activities, selecting team resources, and estimating delivery timelines. My other responsibilities included balancing my time between applying design thinking to inform broader product strategies; diving deep into the design to create delightful product experiences based on user insights and business goals; managing and mentoring other designers.

I worked on a contract project with the Redbox Perks team to redesign their rewards program. I helped to set product direction while managing a group of three. The project involved working with Redbox stakeholders to conduct need-finding; creating a new information architecture schema and content strategy; conducting workshops for future features, and designing sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups.

Created imaginative, efficient digital solutions for clients large and small, from fully integrated marketing campaigns to robust mobile applications. Especially adept at turning the data of behavioral science into elegant, intuitive customer experiences.

Developed responsive web and mobile apps, designing across multiple platforms, working in an agile environment, and creating interactive mockups.

Concepted, presented, and executed multiple marketing initiatives including print, collateral, website design, and social media elements. Spearheaded comprehensive overhaul of Booth brand including logo development, color palette selection, and full brand guidelines.

Developed yearly marketing plans and implemented social media. Secured new partnerships with several local print companies and decreased overall printing costs.

In charge of creative design for sermon series, which includes set building,print materials and promoting online. Incorporated a marketing processbetween the marketing team and all ministry teams in order to maximizevolunteer hours and communication within the church body.
