Directed transformation of internal communications, shifting from print to digital in just 3 months, and managed the development, drafting, and management of critical documents and communication including the Annual Report and Sustainability Report, and developed and executed annual Corporate Communications Plan. Developed internal communications strategy, branding, and communication for newly created business unit of global insurance company. Launched an internal social media site for communication with the global GS IT audience, managed Town Hall and site events to promote employee engagement, and developed presentations, blogs, and policy messages for the Market CIO and Senior Leadership Team to ensure accurate and consistent branding. Acted as the Communications Lead on the Lean initiative and community giving programs and managed the contract, budget, and deliverables with a third-party graphics company. Supervised an Intern and co-directed the work of two employees. Led the departmental Employee Opinion Survey Response Team, scheduled focus groups, trained Facilitators; established deliverables and timelines, and developed recommendations to correct deficiencies.

Led IT communications strategy for Fortune 150 petroleum refiner. Designed strategic communication and change management plans to support the deployment of state-of-the-art technology and software applications and partnered with business leaders to identify key strategic goals to assess business readiness. Conducted change impact analysis and resource planning to support each strategy and created targeted communication materials. Prepared presentations for the IT Director and VP of IT aimed at communicating the value of technology changes and to justify expenditures to a C-level audience.

Provided communications collateral and change management consulting to support multiple projects across diverse industries for high value clients including Chevron, Baker Hughes, Aetna, and Tesoro.
