Additional responsibilities include conducting interviews for potential new hires, schedule development, responding to security concerns, completion of monthly AGLC federal compliance reporting, and developing resources for employee development and more effective store operations.In my three years with High Tide, Inc., I have been most proud of my continued commitment to going above and beyond, as reflected in my consistent exceeding of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals and quick ascent from sales associate to a management role.
