As a Senior Training and Support Specialist for the past 17 years, I have had the opportunity to guide others in building their computer skills as well as to "rescue" them from computer problems. I especially enjoy the unique challenges that the law firm desktop software applications provide and have a thorough understanding of law firm workflow. I believe communication, whether, verbal, non-verbal or written, is the key to success. I continually strive to improve and develop this skill.
