As a Senior Training and Support Specialist for the past 17 years, I have had the opportunity to guide others in building their computer skills as well as to "rescue" them from computer problems. I love it when I can make someone's job easier!I excel in the areas of training and development with emphasis on implementation, migrations, desk side support and evaluation. I have experience developing courseware and providing training and support to users at all levels of expertise. My mission is to reduce frustration and increase productivity for all users. I have advanced skills in Microsoft Office 2013, 2010, 2007 and 2003 and Adobe Acrobat Professional X, 9 and 8. I work with clients to develop a plan that fits the needs of their office environment. I create custom instructional materials and user guides and deliver IT Staff training, as well as train-the-trainer classes for in-house trainers.Working primarily on law firm technology projects for the past twelve (12) years, I have participated numerous Windows 7 / Office 2010 projects as a trainer and applications analyst. I have also delivered training and floor support for NetDocuments, Worldox GX2, iManage FileSite, OpenText eDocs DM, Innova, BEC LegalBar, Payne Forms and Numbering Assistant, MacPac, Workshare Compare and Protect, BEC Docket Enterprise, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Nuance pdfDocs, among others. I especially enjoy the unique challenges that the law firm desktop software applications provide and have a thorough understanding of law firm workflow. I believe communication, whether, verbal, non-verbal or written, is the key to success. I continually strive to improve and develop this skill.
