I help clients in a variety of industries resolve disputes at all stages, whether that happens before a lawsuit is filed or in front of a judge or jury. My experience spans a number of industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, aviation, and financial services. Regardless of the industry, I dig in to understand my client's business practices and goals in order to provide them with pragmatic and sometimes creative solutions.I have handled cases at all stages of litigation from pre-suit demands through trial to juries and judges on through appeal for claims including trade secret misappropriation, employee raids, unfair competition, breach of contract, fraud, and product liability. Clients enjoy working with me, because I am agile and able to connect with both executives in a boardroom and line workers on a factory floor. This allows me to develop a relationship of trust and confidence with witnesses and jurors alike. Prior to beginning my legal practice, I served as a Teach For America corps member in Washington, D.C., which taught me a variety of skills I apply daily, including tenacity, the ability to deal with difficult witnesses or opposing counsel, and an ability to learn from and turn a short-term failure into a long-term gain.
