● Management experience of 6+ years. Responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of seasonal team members.● Oversee overnight guest experiences including reservations, itineraries, special requests and general maintenance. Implement daily sustainable practices. ● Develop specialty packages, private tours and VIP events with a thorough understanding of reservations & point of sale systems. Public speaking, presentations and creation of information materials regularly required. Proven administrative and organizational skills with the ability to work in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
