Heather is the President and CEO of Ace Engineering and Construction Services LLC. Heather is a Structural Engineer with over 15 years of engineering and contracting experience. She is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia and NCEES Records Approved to procure in over 22 states. She is currently on the board of ASHE, Southern New Jersey Section.Her experience includes Bridge Design and Rehabilitation, Building Design and Rehabilitation, Retaining Walls, Bridge Inspection, Utility Transmission Foundations, Marine Engineering, and Construction Management Services. She has completed residential and commercial inspections during the purchase process. She has performed pre and post inspection as a part of construction nearby. She has designed residential houses, police and firehouses, garages with pools on them throughout the state of New Jersey. She has completed concrete wall, CMU walls, and stick framing. She has completed typical spread footing foundation as well as timber pile and helical pile foundations. Framing has comprised of sawn lumber, engineered lumber, steel bar joist, and rolled steel beams. She is a NBIS Certified Bridge Safety Inspector and has had Confined Space Training. She has inspected many bridges in multiple states. She has been the team member and team lead. She has worked on various new and rehabilitation transportation projects from local single span bridges to the large multiple spans like Tacony-Palmayra Bridge and Pulaski Skyway in multiple states. She has completed retaining wall and sheet pile design for temporary construction excavation and for permanent shore bulkheads. She has experience in the design of steel and prestressed concrete bridges with conventional concrete abutments and GRS-IBS abutments; as well as, inspections of bridges and load rating of existing highway bridges. She has used multiple PennDOT computer programs including ABLRFD (abutment design), STLRFD (steel design), PSLRFD (prestressed design), SIGN (sign structures design), and BPLRFD (bearing pad design). She is also comfortable with the US Army Corp of Engineers program, CWALSHT, and HEC-RAS. She is accustomed with multiple state DOT standards for design and drafting. She is familiar with both Microstation and AutoCAD drafting software as well as finite element software ANSYS and structural analysis software SAP2000. She has training in LRFR methodology and has performed numerous load ratings with this method using Virtis, MDX, and Bar7.
