Brought on some of our largest and most complex clients.-Got promoted to a Sales Coach role for the Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales teams. Developed and deployed a reusable sales training boot camp for onboarding new Account Execs. Worked in the trenches on discovery and proposal calls and provided actionable feedback to Account Execs. -Got promoted again to Sales Manager. Chiefly responsible for the Mid-Market team but supporting the Enterprise team too. Collaborates with our Heads of Sales, Marketing and Division to shape and promote our growth. Developed and deployed a new team focused on named networks of businesses (like franchises) to add a predictable revenue stream to the business. GasPedal ran vendor-free, peer-to-peer communities for people leading meaningful change at the world's largest companies. My role on the sales team enabled Fortune 100 orgs to sign up for the platform as members. In addition to closing business, I took the initiative to build an ROI tool for the team as well as related sales messaging. I collaborated with our SDRs, Membership Directors and other constituents to achieve our goals.

Built on a solid sales foundation, I launched my own freelance consulting service to help SMB business leaders in Austin grow their sales numbers consistently. In order to lead them to their goals, I: -taught prescriptive, repeatable strategies around prospecting, ROI and forecasting. -trained sales teams on process, technique and communication skills. -produced custom, reusable ROI tools and sales scripts. Whether they were looking to drive margin or top line revenue, I met my 24 clients where they were and acted as a "fractional sales manager" for 9+ months on average in order to create a sustainable growth plan. I worked with film production companies, tech businesses, photography businesses, a soundstage business, retailers, realty brokers, consumer goods manufacturers and lifestyle brands.
