In this capacity, she manages daily business operations for the leading provider of FRP cell site concealment materials. An agile and quick-thinking businessperson—as the company President/CEO--Ms. Borst seamlessly transitions from all of her roles, including pursuing and developing new business, negotiating client contracts, developing detailed project plans and schedules, providing price quotes, and working with top construction companies to take client projects from initial concept through timely, on-budget completion. The foundation of Ms. Borst’s success lies in her ability to liaise effectively between clients, construction teams, approving bodies, and stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and aligned around project goals. Recently, Ms. Borst was at the helm of moving her company into the business of constructing cell sites (in addition to supplying materials for those structures).

My husband and I founded Luxury Home Builders in 2002 when we decided to build our own home in Wilmette, IL. We served as our own general contractor, learning the construction business from the foundation up. When our own home was complete, we went on to construct each and every one of Luxury custom homes with the same attention to detail and quality as if it were our own. Through the years, I assisted my husband as we managed and have been involved hands-on in every one of Luxury’s homes, gaining invaluable experience of the construction, architectural, building, banking, zoning and construction management facets of the business.
