Heather Bredimus is an activist, philanthropist, and coordinator of humanitarian efforts. She is a passionate community leader and courageous communicator, who is known for her honesty, integrity, and determination to serve others, especially the most vulnerable and at-risk populations. Her experience as a foster parent has provided numerous opportunities for Heather to create meaningful support systems for foster children and adoptive families. Bredimus founded a support group for foster/adoptive families through the St. Joseph’s Ministry and developed a mentor program for foster youth who have aged out of the child welfare system. Heather’s community involvement spans across multiple areas of service. She is a Certified Rape Victim Advocate with the Crisis Center of West Texas, an award-winning volunteer with the Midland Community Theatre, President Elect for the Rotary Club of Midland, a Board Member for the League of Women Voters, and creator of many local nonprofits, including “Thank A Healthcare Hero”. Bredimus also serves as a member of the Citizens Development and Hotel/Motel Advisory Board with the City of Midland.Bredimus is proud to have been born and raised in Midland, TX. She graduated from Midland High School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She began her career in education and then joined her family's business as a graphic designer. Her professional skills include graphic design, website development, video editing, marketing, and social media management.
