I serve as a judge for the annual Arch Grants Startup Competition that provides $75,000 non-dilutive funding to selected early-stage, innovative startup companies with the potential to scale and to make an impact in St. Louis, the country and the world.

Eight Bit Studios has been involved in viral marketing, enterprise web applications and the mobile space since December of 2008. High profile clients to date include Trident, Groupon, New Balance, and Hasbro. Work has been featured in The USA Today, BrandWeek, The Daily Beast, NYTimes tech blog, and multiple CSS design blogs. Mobile apps have been featured as "New & Noteworthy" in the Apple iTunes App Store.

As a Managing Partner, I worked with the Executive Management team to: define and lead strategic financial planning and goal-setting initiatives, establish success metrics, and line up business partnerships to help achieve them.

As Eight Bit's first Director of Project Management, I worked with leadership to define and build out the Project Management discipline. As part of the overall delivery team, our focus is always on how we can deliver the best products and results to our clients to help them achieve their business goals and push their strategy forward. I worked with our awesome project management team over the years to hone our project management skills, implement processes and remain agile in our thinking to be able to quickly adapt to a project's changing needs.

I began as the only project manager and helped build the project management team from the ground-up. I managed projects large and small, including working with startups to help identify their MVP, roadmapping and strategies.
