* Developing and managing 15-20 strategic vendor relationships (lab partners, suppliers, and logistic partners) nationally and globally to ensure high quality, cost and service levels are achieved* Serving as a liaison between vendors and BioIQ/LetsGetChecked during the acquisition process* Evaluating potential vendors using criteria such as experience, capacity, quality standards and financial stability* Negotiating new pricing agreements for various suppliers resulting in 30-40% or $4M in annual cost savings* Monitoring and reporting on vendors performance to leadership while ensuring all vendors meet internal requirements and regulatory standards including contractual obligations and performance metrics* Perform on-site vendor visits to identify quality concerns and provide corrective action solutions* Presenting quarterly business reviews and bi-annual supplier reviews. Engaging internal and external senior leadership* Benchmarking market conditions for present and future pricing* Initiating and monitoring 20-25 open purchase orders weekly to ensure timely receipt and tomaintain inventory target levels* Developed a process workflow for product end to end testing which identified improvement areas internally and prepared solutions prior to new programs launching in the market.
