I am an Administration Professional and my specialty is process improvement: analyzing, developing and implementing processes that result in efficient procedures, cost savings and waste reduction. I do this by using my project management skills, my Six Sigma training and my strong interpersonal skills. I am highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. I enjoy the challenge of problem solving and I have successfully led many Six Sigma projects during my career with Maple Leaf Foods. What’s unique about me is that I have years of experience working in multiple departments in a large corporation. This gives me great insight into the complex relationships between departments and how decisions made in one area of a business can impact its other areas. I am goal-directed, persistent, have a strong sense of urgency and I love to measure my results!
