Managed duty savings and cost recovery, binding rulings, special trade programs including oversight of in-house and on-site analyst development of product classification dictionaries, NAFTA Programs, 520(d) NAFTA claims, etc. Contributed to development and presented Trade seminars including “Automotive Requirements”, “NAFTA”, “Harmonized Tariff Classification”, “Automotive Tariff Classification”, “Valuation”, “How to Survive a Customs Audit”. Actively participated in the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). On-site consultant to set up and qualify client products manufactured in Mexico and US for NAFTA.
